National Renewable Energy Centre (CENER)
Overview:
CENER is a technology centre which specialises in applied research and development and the promotion of renewable energies. It was established in 2002 under the auspices of the Government of Navarra, the Ministry of Education and Science, and the Research Centre for Energy, Environment and Technology (CIEMAT). These three organisations are CENER's trustees alongside the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
