The Connecticut Clean energy fund develops, invests in and promotes clean energy sources for sustainable energy for the benefit of Connecticut ratepayers. CCEF is administered by Connecticut Innovations, which has a long track record of making successful investments to advance emerging technologies.

Annual budget:

CCEF's programs are funded by a surcharge on residential and commercial electric bills. Since 2000, CCEF alone has funded more than $100 million in projects, commitments and program allocations statewide.
